I create Nepalese mandala–goddess paintings that merge sacred geometry with contemporary portraiture of Hindu deities. What began as spiritual practice became exploration—how tradition evolves with modern sensibilities while staying rooted in meaning.

The process is meditative: repetition, symbolism, care. It taught me that identity, like tradition, isn't fixed—it grows through attention and intention.

Through Kathak, I study precision, rhythm, and emotional restraint. I train consistently, advancing through formal levels, and mentor younger dancers while choreographing for competitions and live audiences.

Kathak taught me how repetition builds mastery, how stillness speaks as loudly as movement, and how the body becomes a medium for storytelling. Creativity deepens when shaped by structure.

At Nepal International Theatre Festival 2025, I performed in Breaking the Menstrual Stigma with Mandala Theatre Nepal—27 women addressing cultural silence through movement, dialogue, and poetry.

Theatre showed me how art creates space for marginalized voices and drives awareness—inviting understanding even amid disagreement.

As a Top 15 finalist in Talking Titans, Nepal's biggest public speaking contest, I learned to connect through vulnerability. Since then, I've grown into content creation and on-camera presence. Now I mentor others to find their voices and speak with courage.

The Prodigy Project: Teaching leadership, communication, and critical thinking to students.

Stories brought to life. Working behind the scenes on TVCs, I wrote scripts, supported direction, and managed pre-production. This taught me storytelling is about connection—sharing meaningful moments.

Narratives at scale. Through brand collaborations and digital marketing, I've learned how stories shape community awareness and build genuine engagement. I consider who content serves and how it builds trust.
